Blindfold the player, take him a few steps away and spin her/him round, who then goes to the reindeer and attempts to stick the nose at the right spot. How wrong or how right has her/his attempt gone and how would the reindeer look if it had a nose where the player has stuck it now?
Laugh a little or laugh aloud in the spirit of the Christmas party games. Then label the spot and let the next person come.
